Under two minutes. Create your account, name your organization, define a few categories, and drop your first marble. You can invite team members whenever you are ready — there is no configuration step that blocks you from getting started immediately.

Yes. Team Motivator works on any device with a browser — desktop, tablet, or phone. Remote, hybrid, or in-office, everyone sees the same jars. Some teams share the jar on a screen during video standups so wins are visible to the whole group.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Team Motivator is a Progressive Web App — install it from your browser and it works even without an internet connection. Any marbles you add while offline are queued and automatically synced when your connection returns.

What happens to my data?

Your data belongs to your organization. Everything is encrypted in transit, isolated per organization, and never shared or sold. Free tier users have unlimited data history with no expiration. If you ever want to leave, Pro tier includes CSV export to take your data with you.

Yes. Every connection is encrypted, sessions are protected and automatically recover from failures, and your organization's data is completely isolated — no one else can access it. The infrastructure is built on the same standards used by enterprise SaaS products, without the enterprise price tag.

Milestones are automatic celebrations that trigger when your jar reaches a win count threshold — 10, 25, 50, or 100 wins. The jar lights up with a golden glow, and at major milestones (50 and 100 wins), a confetti burst. They create natural moments of shared celebration without any setup or configuration.

We are focused on making the free tier excellent before enabling paid plans. Pro and Enterprise pricing and features are published so you can plan ahead, but billing is not yet active. When paid tiers launch, your free tier will continue working exactly as it does today — no forced upgrades.
